Paula J. Gray

Paula Joann Gray of Centreville, VA passed away at age 83 on June 28, 2018. Paula was born April 2, 1935, in Washington, DC and graduated from Washington-Lee High School in Arlington, VA in 1954. After attending nursing school in Texas, she worked as an LPN at Arlington Hospital and with the DC Public Health Department. Upon retiring from the U.S. Government, she volunteered for a number of years at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. Paula was an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was installed as Worthy Matron of the Acacia Chapter #51 in Falls Church, VA in 1994. She was predeceased by her parents, Norman Gray and Eloise Gray Sullivan, and her stepfather, Thomas Sullivan. She is survived by her beloved cat Callie, her stepbrother, Dr. Thomas Sullivan of Knoxville, TN, and many cousins spread across the U.S.
