A celebration of life visitation for Joyce will be held Monday, April 25, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 3500 19th St. S., Arlington, VA 22204. A celebration of life service will occur Monday, April 25, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, 3500 19th St. S., Arlington, VA 22204. An interment will occur Monday, April 25, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Pleasant Valley Memorial Park, 8420 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA 22003.
