Gwendolene E. Beachboard

Gwendolene Edwards Beachboard, 2 days short of 98 years old, of Katy, Texas, passed away on October 19, 2022 in Katy, Texas. Gwen was born in McKinney, Texas to James Albert Edwards on October 21, 1924. She went to school in McKinney, Texas. She married Joseph Pavlock in 1943 and was later divorced. In 1970 she married John (Jack Beachboard who predeceased her in 2002.) She retired from the Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, Virginia. She enjoyed and made many friends in the social work office. She was involved in many church activities, including the women’s circle, and clothing drives. She delivered Meals on Wheels and contributed to may charitable organizations. Gwen is preceded in death by James Albert Edwards, father, Beulah Mae Allcorn Edwards, mother, Addie Mann, sister, Clifford Ray Edwards, brother, Doyle Wayne Edwards, brother, Bobby Kenneth Edwards, brother. Joseph Pavlock, spouse, John Beachboard, spouse. Gwen is survived by Pam Fryer; daughter,(Wayne), Joseph Pavlock, Jr; son, (Alice), William Marlowe; grandson,(Lisa); Christine Galster, granddaughter,(Keith), Megan Hermosillo; granddaughter, (Joseph) Lauren Harbison; granddaughter, (Patrick), 11 great grandchildren Tyler Marlowe, Austin Hermosillo, Luke Hermosillo, Maureen Hermosillo, Bernadette Hermosillo, Genevieve Hermosillo, Kolbe Hermosillo, Garett Galster, Joseph Harbison, Michael Harbison, and Jack Harbison.
