Of Falls Church, VA passed peacefully in her sleep on December 13, 2024. She was born on March 18, 1936 in Washington, D.C. to Walter & Laura Fuller. She is preceeded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Earl C. Cox, Sr, and her son Earl C. Cox, Jr. Charlotte is survived by her son, Michael Cox, her sister Jane Fisher (Charles) of Charlotte, N.C., and 3 grandchildren. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
