William H. McGrady, Sr.

Born in Fall River, MA on March 7, 1923, son of the late Joseph F. and Elizabeth (Phillips) McGrady, Sr. He grew up in Fall River and lived in Tiverton and Naples, FL. He was a graduate of Durfee High School, a veteran of the US Army Air Corps, a member of the Fall River Clove Club, Over the Hill Gang, a former member of the Quequechan Club and was an avid golfer and a member of the Acoaxet Country Club.

Bill retired from Merrill Dow after forty years as a Pharmaceutical Representative.

Surviving: Mary-Beth Gaeta and her husband Richard, Pauline McGrady and Ronn Keneshea, William H. McGrady, Jr. and his wife Rebecca McGrady, one brother: Joseph F. McGrady, Jr., grandchildren: Jennifer, Phillip and Brian Gaeta, Tracy Fujimoto, Lincoln and Austin Keneshea, Megan and Emily McGrady, great-grandson: Owen Gaeta and several nieces and nephews.

His funeral will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 9am in Holy Name Church, 709 Hanover Street, Fall River. Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Fall River. Visiting hours Friday from 5pm to 8pm in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE AT CHERRY PLACE, 178 Winter Street., Fall River.
