A longtime resident of Fall River, Bill spent many years at the Community Connection Day Habilitation Center in Somerset before proudly retiring.
A lover of all New England sports teams and shows, he enjoy musicals, wrestling, parades, holidays, fireworks and all other special occasions that called for a celebration. Some of his favorite times spent were vacationing with his good friends, Kathy and Manny Cabral, and sipping on a Starbucks.
Although he only spent the last few years of his life with his house mates and staff at People Inc., he has managed to leave a large statement with his fun loving personality and will be greatly missed.
Bill is survived by his guardian and dear friend, Jacqueline Russotto; beloved friends, Kathy and Manny Carbral; House Manager, Lexis Duarte, and all of his house mates and staff of People Inc. He is predeceased by his two late brothers, James and Ernest McCarthy.
His burial will take place in Oak Grove Cemetery, Fall River on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
