A Sanfilippo angel, Noah was a warrior. Feisty and strong and outliving any predetermined expectations for his life, Noah was a shining light in a dark world. He was the oldest child living with Sanfilippo syndrome, a true testament to the care he received.
Besides his devoted parents, Noah is survived by five siblings, Caitlin Kegler of CT, Jenna Kegler, Aaron Klein, Sergei Lukianov, and Dmitrii Afanasev all of Fall River; two aunts, Rita Bisio and Dawn Silvia both of Fall River; two uncles, Matthew Bisio and Keith Mello both of Fall River; one sister in law, Nailia Afanaseva of Siberia; two nephews, Phoenix Carnevale and Danil Afanasev as well as his many friends from the VABC.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be private.
