Leslie A. (Sullivan) Daley, age 56, of Fall River died Thursday, March 1, 2012 in the Catholic Memorial Home. She was the wife of Brian G. Daley to whom she had been married for twenty nine years.
Born in Fitchburg, a daughter of the late Paul and Anne E. (MacDonald) Sullivan, she was a lifelong resident of the city. She was a graduate of B. M. C. Durfee High School and attended Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School nursing program, and was employed as a LPN at the Pain Clinic at St. Anne’s Hospital. Leslie enjoyed spending time with her family, especially at the beach near Westport Harbor during the summer. She often relaxed at home with a hot cup of tea.
Surviving in addition to her husband are one son, Peter B. Daley; one daughter, Maire K. Daley of Fall River; two brothers, Chris and Peter Sullivan both of Fall River; and several nieces and nephews. Sister of the late Richard, Jeffrey and Mark Sullivan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Monday, March 5, 2012 from 5:00-8:00PM in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME OF MEMORIAL TRIBUTE at CHERRY PLACE 178 Winter St. Fall River. Burial will be Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 10:00AM in St. Patrick Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in her honor may be made to Southcoast VNA 200 Mill Rd. Fairhaven, MA. 02719.
