Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Weber) Williams.
She graduated from B.M.C Durfee High School in 1946.
Dorothy worked for Hadley’s Insurance of Fall River and as a Payroll Clerk for an oilfield maintenance company in Alaska for many years before her retirement. She enjoyed arts and crafts of all kinds but especially painting, making clothes, braiding rugs and knitting.
She was known for her pleasant demeanor and generosity to charities and other good causes.
She is survived by her children, Jeffrey Wall of Westport, Scott Wall of Florence, OR, Allison Horton and her husband David of Moriarty, NM and Kimberly Lederman and her husband Eric of Clayton, Missouri, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
