San Juanita G. Serna entered into her eternal rest on March 8, 2023 at the age of 87 at a Laredo Hospital. San Juanita was born June 24, 1935 to Luis and Ramona Valadez Guardian in Three Rivers, TX.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Adolfo Serna Jr., two sons, Adolfo Serna III and Juan Manuel Serna.
San Juanita is survived by her three daughters, Marta Alicia Serna (Ernesto) of Zapata, Leticia Serna Herrera (Mario) of Hebbronville, Rosa Maria Serna Estrada (Venancio) of Zapata and Rosalinda Udemba (Victor) of Hebbronville. Two brothers, Idelfonso Guardian and Roberto Guardian both of Hebbronville, two sisters, Felecita Contreras of Hebbronville and Delia Gonzalez of Zapata.
Visitation will be at 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary being prayed at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023 and a Chapel Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday March 17, 2023 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams. Burial will follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
