Hilda S. Ramirez

Hilda S. Ramirez, entered into eternal rest surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at her residence in Hebbronville at the age of 80. She was born on June 7, 1940 to Roberto Salinas and Juanita Vasquez Salinas in Webb County.

Hilda is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Roberto and Juan Salinas; sister, Maria Gloria Salinas; grandchildren, Michael Alaniz and Danielle Y. Ramirez and son-in-law, Edward Alaniz.

Hilda leaves behind many fonds memories that will be treasured by her son, Alejandro (Gloria) Ramirez; daughters, Norma (Mario) Escobedo and Lizette Alaniz all of Hebbronville, Texas; sisters, Juanita (Oscar) Beltran of Hebbronville and Diana Mclean of Laredo, Texas; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

Pallbearers will be Jason Alaniz, Lyannette Alaniz, Valerie Ramirez, Cody Ramirez, Joseph Ramirez, Melanie Alaniz, Alessandra Escobedo and Amado Garcia.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mario Escobedo, Jr., Saralisa Cano and all her great-grandchildren.

Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard-Williams, Hebbronville. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at Faithway Church with burial to follow at the New Hebbronville Cemetery.
