He was the son of late Harry D. Cook and Virginia Lovgren. Beloved husband of the late Janet Cook. Dear father of Michael (Karol Alexander) and Cheryl Cook. Loving grandfather of Jaime Schwender (Daniel Heinsbergen) and Derek Klein (Allison). Dear brother of Richard Lovgren, Christine Lovgren, and Deborah Regal.
Mickey was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed summer fishing trips to Canada with his family. He was also a lifelong car enthusiast and motorcycle racer, and owner of Mickey’s Auto Repair in North Olmsted until he retired.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, September 9th at CrossPointe Community church, 1800 Columbia Road, Westlake, at 5 PM. Family will receive friends from 4 PM until time of service at the church. Family will also receive friends at the Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home at 20820 Lorain Road, Fairview Park, on Friday, September 8th from 5–8 PM.
