Gary was married to Fran, the love of his life, for 44 years. Fun and loving times were shared with his brothers, Ron and Dennis, sisters, Cindy and Laura, and his nieces and nephews.
His life was spent helping other and always with a smile on his face. He was a friend to everyone.
Gary worked alongside his father for over 25 years and then worked in the steel industry for more than 14 years.
He loved to bowl and collected trains for over 40 years. The train collection took over the basement!
In the spring, Gary would tend to his roses, start his backyard garden and begin landscaping for his customers. His vegetable were started from seed under grow lights and when ready he moved them outside. What a fantastic garden it was! In the evenings, Gary would sit outside on the swing and watch the birds fly around the yard especially the hummingbirds.
Landscaping would begin in April and kept Gary busy late into the fall.
He will be missed by everyone!
“It’s hard for us who loved him to just let him go,
But God had a spot in his garden that needed a gentle soul”
