Helen was very involved with the Belleville Swansea Moose Lodge 1221 and was a life member.
Helen worked as a bridal consultant at the House of Sharon.
Helen was a great bowler, loved to dance, tend to flowers, and loved spending time with her family.
Helen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother; and will be missed by all who knew her.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene “Gene” Kramer; her parents, Eurie Stallins and Ola Fuller, Kenneth Foster and Celeste Arnold; brother, Buddy Stallins; sisters, Dorothy Samuelson and Rose Wall; and loving companion, Bruce Meyer.
Helen is survived by her son, Steve E. (Lois) Kramer of Granite City, Illinois; daughters, Vicky L. (Gary) Henderson of Belleville, Illinois and Dana K. (Wes) Willoughby of Summerville, South Carolina; brother-in-law, Cecil Wall of Festus, Missouri; grandchildren, Michael Kramer, Kristine (Chris) Weatherford, Angela (Spencer) Rendon, and Westel Willoughby; and great-granddaughter, Madilyn Weatherford.
In Helen's honor, memorial contributions may be made to: Madi's Kindness Projects or Maddison Rodriguez Memorial Foundation.
Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 7:00 PM, there will be the Women of the Moose Ritual.
Friday, December 13, 2024, (following the funeral service), there will be a luncheon at the Belleville Swansea Moose, 2425 North Illinois Street, Swansea, Illinois 62226.
A visitation for Helen will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, December 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Lake View Funeral Home, 5000 N Illinois Street, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208.
A funeral service for Helen will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 11:00 AM at Lake View Funeral Home, 5000 N Illinois Street, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208.
The committal will follow the funeral service at Lake View Memorial Gardens, 5000 N Illinois Street, Fairview Heights, Illinois 62208.
