I'm sorry to hear about the loss of Sharon, and I wish I could attend the service to show my gratitude for everything she had done for me. For the majority of my childhood, Sharon was there. She raised her three daughters, Melissa, Jennifer and Amy, the cool girls that raised me through the 90's. She was always on her grind, always moving. There were always errands and things that needed to be done, and when everything was finally done we would do something fun. Such as going to her awesome cottage, Ma's Donuts, Fay's Knotty Pine, or ride in her Saab to surprise me with some "C-A-N-D-Y" (as if i didn't know what that spelled). 
A very smart woman with unique eccentricities, her house was curiously pineapple themed and she never stayed silent or still for too long. I proposed we name their dog Duncan and she loved it. There are too many memories for me to possibly recall in one sitting, but they all mean the world to me. I hope Sharon is at peace, and my heart goes out to her loved ones. I will forever be grateful for the time, effort and affection that she gave me; enough for me to consider her family.


 We are so  sorry to hear that Sharon has passed.  We will always remember her from the Winslow school days and her daughters who are friends with our daughters back in the day (80’s 90’s)

I wanted to write something, but the impact of Sharon’s memory in my life surpasses my writing skills. Sharon was in my life from before I can remember. She volunteered to love me and my family unconditionally since I was a newborn. I have too many memories that compete with each other to be mentioned. When I think of holidays, Sharon is there. When I think of home, Sharon is  there. She loved my own children the way she loved me. I don’t have words big enough to express how much she meant to me. Sharon was loyal and true and never wavered in her loyalty. We were friends for fifty years and I always admired her as she served as Treasurer of the Preservation Society through thick and thin!!!!
