David proudly served his country in the United States Navy and then served in the Army Reserves. David worked at the Louisville Water Company for over 25 years before he retired. After retirement David loved to travel, he especially enjoyed going on Cruises.
His first wife Rose Ann, daughter Dona Mitchell and stepson, Tony Lee Johnson preceded David in death.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Linda Marlow, children, Dawn Wyne, David Marlow(Shellie), Debbie Wilson(Chris) and stepson, Jeff Johnson(Lori), and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
The family welcomes guests for visiting, Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 3pm-8pm and Friday from 10am until 12pm with Military Honors starting at 12pm at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Rd. Fairdale, KY 40118. Entombment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
