Robert Arthur Smith also known as Ricky, Rick, and Bobby passed away on Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 at Mercy Hospital of Folsom. He was born on June 20th, 1953 to the late Arthur Smith and Undean Smith in Brooklyn, New York. Robert was a college graduate of Morgan State College, where he would become a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. After college, he would then serve as a Captain in the United States Air Force. His service in Korea would be where he would meet his surviving wife, Myong Smith of 40 years. Together they would grow their family with children Gina Ubungco and partner Michael Ubungco, Solomon Stewart; grandchildren Allorah and Evhan Uybungco; nephew Alexander Song and niece Tiffany Song; sister-in-law Myong Song, and Brother-in-law Kyong Song. Robert enjoyed the beautiful views of his backyard and enjoyed every moment with his family.
