Patricia McCormick, 89 of Galt, CA passed away on Saturday November 23rd. Patricia was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She was dearly loved by her husband Robert McCormick who preceded her in death. She will be missed by all her friends and family. We love you Patricia, you will always be in our hearts.
