Floyd Clifton Foster “Cliff” passed away peacefully on November 11, 2011 he was 78. Floyd was born in Escondido CA on March 10, 1933 to Floyd and Mary Foster. He had a distinguished career in the US Air Force for over 40 years, until his retirement in 1994. Floyd is survived by his wife Jean of 56 years, his children Michelle and Marc; and grandson Austin. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed by his wife Jean, family and friends. A visitation will be held Friday 11/18 from 10am – 12pm with funeral services to follow at 12pm at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Ln., Fair Oaks CA.
