William "Bill" Arthur Westman (Papa Bear), 64, of Everett WA went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 1, 2016. Born April 23, 1951 to Donald and Dorothy Westman, he leaves behind his Loving wife of 40 years, Patty, their children Brian, Kevin and Stephanie (Ben) Fisher, and their grandchild Nicholas.
A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, February 13, 2016, 11:00 am at Bethany Christian Assembly, 2715 Everett Ave, Everett WA 98201
