Sherry Louise Culp

Sherry L. Culp, 74, of Chandler, passed away Saturday, June 4, 2016, at her home. She was born June 21, 1941, in Evansville, to the late Vernon W. and Mary J. (Gest) Nau. She was a lifetime member of VFW Post #1114 Ladies Auxiliary. She loved NASCAR, the Kansas City Chiefs, boating, and spending time with family and friends. Sherry was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Culp; and best friend, Martha Culp. She is survived by her sons, Tony Wheeler, Terry Wheeler, and Homer Culp; daughters, Cherokee Johnson and Stacey Culp; 11 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and caregiver, Geneva (Brian) Hess. Sherry was loved by many and will be missed by all. A memorial service will be held 12:00 PM Friday, June 17, 2016, at Alexander West Chapel.
