Polly Davis

6 October, 1921 – 22 April, 2019
Polly Davis, 97, of Newburgh, IN, passed away Monday, April 22, 2019 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital. She was born October 6, 1921 in Madisonville, KY to the late Clay and Enza (Browning) Polly.

She was a homemaker, and was a long time member of Oak Hill Bible Fellowship where she was a Sunday school teacher for many years. Polly was a very loving, giving and caring person.

Polly was preceded in death by her husband, Orin Davis; and her son, Roger Davis.

She is survived by daughters, Faye Ferres (Stan) and Marilyn Chilton (Bill); seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 26, 2019 at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Pastor Eric Rawdon with entombment in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit 1:00 p.m. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
