Naomi A. (Allen) Spurling, 83, of Newburgh, IN passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Hamilton Pointe.
Naomi was the oldest of 14 children. She was a life-time member of The Cathedral- Bible Center where she was a Sunday School Teacher, sang in the choir and was in outreach ministry. Naomi retired from Kuester’s Hardware. Her hobbies include sewing, crafts, and floral design. She was dearly loved by everyone.
Naomi was preceded in death by her husband, William A. Spurling.
She is survived by her children, Diane Vaughn (Ron), Gary Spurling (Joyce), Sharon Smith (Larry), Teresa Bethel (John), Laura Sumrall and Barry Spurling (Shelly); 15 grandchildren, great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Alexander West Chapel officiated by Rev. Ronald Vaughn with burial to follow in Alexander Memorial Park. The service will be live streamed at www.facebook.com/FuneralStreamUSA. Friends may visit 9:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
