Mary R. Hicks

She retired from St. Mary’s Hospital food services. She loved Elvis Presley, the Van-dells, Chihuahuas, playing Bingo, and spending time with her granddaughter, Stephanie. The family would like to give special thanks to Kindred Hospice for their care.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Cyrus E. “Pappy” Hicks; son, Larry Wayne Hicks; step-daughter, Donna Jackson; brothers, Walter and Joe Molinet, and son-in-law, Ron Anderson

She is survived by daughters, Linda Brockman (Mike) and Debbie Anderson; granddaughter, Stephanie James (Kevin); step-grandchildren, April Anderson and Veronica Dunkel (Butch); great-granddaughter, Makayla James; step-great-grandchildren, Bridden Dunkel and Brandt Dunkel, and two nephews.

Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 5, 2017, at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road, officiated by Rev. Jerry Pratt, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, June 4, 2017 and Monday from 10:00 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
