Let not your heart be troubled; ye believe in God, believe also in me. Don’t grieve for me, for now I’m free. I’m following the path God laid for me. I took His hand when I heard His call. I turned my back and left it all. I lived a long healthy life. I knew I was loved, you did all you could for me. My life’s been full, it’s part of God’s plan. Now I must go. The Family.
Kansas was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing and cooking. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Her family would like to extend a thank you to the staff of VNA Charlier Hospice Center and Mr. Bruce Baker and the staff of Newburgh Healthcare for their care and compassion.
Services will be 9:00 AM Friday, February 24, 2012, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Adrian Brooks, with burial in Lincoln Memory Gardens in Indianapolis. Friends may visit Thursday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
