Judith A. Wood

Judith Ann (Alumbaugh) Wood, 74, of Evansville passed away Sunday February 19, 2023. She was born January 9, 1949 in Robinson IL to the late Robert and Mabel Alumbaugh. Judy was a long-time office manager for Alexander Funeral Homes & Cemetery. She regularly attended Calvary Temple. Judy was a very faithful lady who loved Jesus. Judy was a salt of the earth person. She was very genuine and caring. Her family meant the world to her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Walter “Tab” Wood; grandson, Cory’s wife, Jorhdan Wood; sister, Jane Termain; and her parents. Judy is survived by her sons, Clint Wood (Dezarae) and Chad Wood (Beth); nephew, Don Wood (Kim); grandchildren, Cory, Cody, and CJ Wood; great grandchildren, Jaylei and Chayce Wood; and brother, Brad Alumbaugh (Debbie). A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 27, 2023 at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road, Evansville, IN 47711, officiated by Pastor Dale Beaver.
