I lived across the street, Richardt Ave., from Ernest. I saw the bicycle races at Garvin's Park that Ernie always won. Ernie was a friend . I wish his family well.

I know you know I loved you. Somehow you must have been here this morning when I planned on calling you, why else would I wake up and think I need to call Ernie. Blaine called and told me. Wish you would have not been so far away, no car to see you one more time, but you know, and I will never forget you. So sorry Ernie. I know where you are. You are talking to your mom whom you told me about from time to time and your dad. You tell Aunt Jane hi for me, cause you and her were buddies. Love you Ernie.
