Demara Marie Fuchs, 42, of Newburgh, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital due to complications from an unforeseen stroke, which occurred on May 23, 2022. She was born November 16, 1979, in Evansville, Indiana.
Demara was a Registered Behavior Technician at Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center where she worked with children with autism. She was an avid Notre Dame Football fan. Demara was a very talented artist and enjoyed crafts. She was a very thoughtful person and a mother to everyone.
She is survived by her mother, Shirley Vukovich; father, Eddie Fuchs; sister, Christy Fuchs; spouse, Jeff Allen Henshaw and “bonus mom” to Clay and Chloe; her fur babies, Gertrude Mabel and Winston Eugene; and other family and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Alexander East Chapel with Pastor Kevin Brimner officiating. Friends may visit Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
