Fotini is survived by her son John Busarelos of El Cajon, California; her daughter Christy Foster (Christopher) of San Diego, California; and her daughter Sophia Busarelos of El Cajon, California; her grandchild Kaia Foster and her grandchild Nicholas Foster.
Fotini was preceded in death by her husband Nick Busarelos; her brother George Fotias; her brother Tny Fotias; her sister Georgia Sukas and her sister Vassou Fotias.
A visitation for Fotini will be held Wednesday, May 29, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at El Cajon Mortuary and Cremation Service, 684 South Mollison Ave., El Cajon, CA 92020. A funeral service will occur Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church, 3655 Park Blvd, San Diego, CA 92103. A committal service will occur Thursday, May 30, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Singing Hills Memorial Park, 2800 Dehesa Rd, El Cajon, CA 92019.
