Janice Marie Daugherty

DAUGHERTY, Janice Marie “Goose” 72 of Clayton, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 3, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton with her family at her side. Janice leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 54 years, Paul Daugherty, 2 sons and daughters-in-law Jon and Lori Daugherty, Joe and Tish Daugherty. Also surviving are grandchildren Ashby, Jacob, Kelsey, Aaron, Brayden, Matt, and Olivia; niece Leah, nephew Andy, sister-in-law Donna Fletcher and many more friends and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents Hubert and Alma (nee Artrip) Fletcher, brother David Fletcher. Janice was a cook in the Northmont City Schools for 25 years, was a member of First Baptist Church of Englewood and past member of Fairview Baptist Church, Englewood. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME ENGLEWOOD CHAPEL, 675 West Wenger Road, Monday, May 7, 2018 starting at 11:00 am, followed by a Celebration of Janice’s life at 1:30 pm with Pastor Jim Richardson presiding. Burial will follow in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Following the burial, Jon & Lori will welcome family and friends to their home.
