God be with you Uncle Eamon. May you be united to your family in heaven and may you all rest in peace. 
You were very special to Mam and she spoke of you a lot. We remember you as a very kind and happy uncle.

Uncle Eamon always had a glint in his eye and a smile on his face. On his last visit to Ireland he had a great time doing the Midleton Whiskey Tour and it was a privilege to share my bottle of 21 year old Red Breast with him (the bottle was quickly emptied). Thinking of you all at this time.
