ENCINITAS-
Margo Oakley was 85 years old and a So Cal native born in San Diego. She & her husband Dave Oakley have enjoyed their life together in their beloved city of Encinitas for the past 23+ yrs.
She has been a life-long dedicated volunteer to her community and has worked actively for many charitable & community organizations throughout her life, i.e., San Bernardino YWCA, National Charity League, San Dieguito Heritage Museum, Encinitas Visitors Center, etc.
As a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, her easy friendly demeanor endeared her to all who were blessed to know her.
She is survived by her husband Dave Oakley; sisters Mary Alice Cagney & Janet King; 3 children Gene O’Bryan, Pamela Best, & Joanne Martinez; 4 step-children Paul Oakley, Laurie Neighbors, Caroline Ebrahimi, David Mills, & Sheri Anderson; and 9 grandchildren. She will be loved & cherished always by all her family & many friends.
