I remember my first year driving. James guided me, showed me how he ran his route first hand. He taught me what he knows best and passed it on to me and I learned. 
The way he remembers me. I always say “have a good one” James replied back saying “you’re a good one”.  It didn’t catch my attention until I was in the office trying to figure out which three of the Luis’s they’re talking about. James was like “Agudo who!? You mean A-good-one!”  Made me laugh and smile.
