On Sunday, November 10, 2019, William "Billy" Richard Smith of Baltimore, MD. Loving brother of Linda E. Krach and her late husband "Jack", Bonnie M. Brill and her husband Henry and the late Thomas W. Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
All Services and Inurnment will be held privately at a later date. Memorial Contributions may be made in his name to "BARCS", The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care Shelter, 301 Stockholm St., Baltimore, MD 21230. Arrangements were handled by the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., Elkridge, MD.
