On Wednesday, December 25, 2019, Jean Katherine Jacobs of Ellicott City, MD, Wife of Francis L. Jacobs, loving mother of Gregory "Greg" B. Jacobs. Sister of William Henry Schaefer and his wife Vicki. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and loving friends.
Family and friends are invited to gather at the Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Inc., 7250 Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, MD 21074 (exit 6 south of Rt. 100) on Monday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm where a Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 11:00 am. Interment to follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park, Elkridge, MD . Expressions of sympathy may be directed to the Parkinsons Association.
