Glenn Lawrence McAllister

Glenn Lawrence McAllister, age 68, of Elkridge, Maryland passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021. Glenn was born January 15, 1953 in West Palm Beach Florida to John Lawrence McAllister and Jeannette Helen Goolt. A few years later they moved to Bayside Queens where he resided with his mother and stepfather Alfred Sanetti. He had a passion for cooking and after graduating Brooklyn Technical High School he went to the Culinary Institute of America. Soon after graduating he went to Europe, enjoying all it had to offer and even worked at a few restaurants. Upon returning from Europe he worked at several restaurants and eventually met friends that he went into business with and opened ‘McAllister’s’. In 1994 he met the love of his life Judi Marie Dolan. They married May 6th, 1995, and later they welcomed their

first child, Kevin Lawrence McAllister. He eventually closed his restaurant but continued his passion in cooking. In January 1998 they welcomed another child, Kelsey Marie McAllister. The family of four made many memories together that forever will be cherished. He had an extraordinary life filled with love. He was a loving husband and father and will truly be missed by family and friends.

A visitation for Glenn will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Gary L. Kaufman Funeral Home at Meadowridge Memorial Park, 7250 Washington Blvd, Elkridge, MD 21075, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 PM.
