Elizabeth "Kay" Payne, age 78, of Dundalk, Maryland, formally of Jessup, Maryland passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021. Elizabeth was born February 5, 1943 to parents Charles and Catherine Brode; beloved wife of the late Kemper Payne and devoted mother of Joy Lynne Ditzel and her husband David and Kelly Ann Payne; dear sister of the late Roseann Dugan and George Brode; cherished grandmother of Erin, Elyse, Samantha and Abigail and great-grandmother of James, Molly, David, Bryan, Christopher and Andrew.
A visitation will be held Monday, December 6, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Jessup Baptist Church, 2862 Jessup Road, Jessup, Maryland 20794 at which time the Celebration of Life Service will begin. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Agnes Oncology Center 3407 Wilkens Avenue #100, Baltimore, MD 21229.
