Born on July 5th, 1938, to William E. and Stella Lee Hines.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Obie, a granddaughter, Kayla Lee, and a sister, Jane Garner.
Survivors include her children, Paul Wayne (Sandra), Lisa Gail, Sherry Harden (Tom), Darlene Garwood (Bob), and Lori Adkins (Tim); a brother, Charles Hines; brother-in-law, Chuck Hinton (Gail); sister-in-law, Thelma Hinton; nine grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and dozens of children she had a small part in caring for who always had a special place in her heart.
The funeral will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
