Veronica M. Lopez, age 76, passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023. She was a lifelong resident of El Paso and a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Veronica retired after serving 34 years as a monitor technician at Sierra Medical Center Telemetry Unit. She loved music, gardening, films and her terrier, Louie. Veronica was fun and sociable, always friendly to neighbors and those who needed her loving energy. Her light will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Veronica is survived by her sons, Pascual Landavazo, III, Frank Landavazo; daughters, Bobbie Marie Martinez and Jennifer A. Lopez; grandchildren, Christopher, Justin, Samantha, Bella, Ashley, Robert, Luis Javier and Sofia and eight great-grandchildren; brother, Mario Martinez and sister, Carmen Krepper, along with countless family and friends.
