Sharon was born on August 18, 1944 in Indianapolis, Indiana. She grew up in Indiana with her four sister and one brother and eventually moved to El Paso, TX during her adult life where she met her husband, Lee. Before her retirement she served as Director of the Senior Citizen Nutritional Program for the County of El Paso, TX.
Sharon was a beloved mother, Nana, great grandma and friend. She had a heart full of love and a sense of humor that brought joy to everyone around her. Though she will be missed dearly, we smile knowing she is now in Heaven, still making everyone laugh and watching over us with her lighthearted spirit. She left a lasting impression of how important it is to live a life full of compassion, kindness, spontaneity, and wisdom. We are at peace knowing she will eternally be with Jesus.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Evert and Margaret Collins and her husband, Lee Krebs. She is survived by her three children Joe Beecher (Susan), Peggy Tanzy (Russell), and Adam Beechler, her grandchildren: Brittini Granger (Chris), Haley McMullan (Thomas), Danielle Kershaw (Jasen), Elle Martin, Matthew Beechler, Timothy Beechler, Cassie Beechler and great grandchildren: Piper Granger and Poppy Granger.
A private celebration of life will be held with Sharon’s close family in October.
We would like to thank Matrix Hospice for their outstanding care and compassion towards our mother.
