Ruby Ann Sotelo, age 42, of El Paso, Texas passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Ruby was born January 14, 1980, daughter of Cleofas Sotelo and Anna Marie Rodriguez Sotelo.

Ruby is survived by her parents, brother Ruben Sotelo, sister Annette Sotelo, extended family and friends.

A visitation for Ruby will be held Sunday, February 20, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79903, with Rosary at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be Monday, February 21, at 10:00 AM at Santa Nino de Atocha Church, 210 S. Clark Drive. Committal service to follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 401 S. Zaragoza Rd.
