Ronnie was five when we were in college in Portales.  He was smart, cute, and a cool big brother. In fact, Jesse introduced me to my beloved Jack.  The Aguilars and Hankins became life long friends, more than friends.  We have shared laughs, tears, jokes, and good times.  It is the memory of those good times that will keep us going. Somehow, the world seems smaller without Ronnie in it, but know he is in our hearts.  Ron, we miss you.

Ronnie was one of the nicest .coolest .smartest people i ever met in my life...and i knew Ron apparently since i was a baby...when we moved to el paso in 78 is when i got to know  him good..he was a few years older and all ready drivin his mom volkswaggon, though he was nt old enough for a license yet..( if Irene knew ?? I don t know)  a couple years later he had a license and Jesse had a really cool Mercury Cougar and it was fast ..i know for a fact,Ronnie has the world record on the chaswood st to hector st. Road course ( if Jessie knew?? I don' t know) .he used to draw cars with i think charcoal on big pieces of paper and his drawings were good ..like poster or picture frame good. .also his room was the greatest teen ager room ever. nothing but very cool posters, cars, babes and the coolest Elvis pictures i d ever seen ..and the King had nt been gone very long at this time. From the day i met Ronnie the dude was just "Cool"...fast frwd a few decades....lots of beers .lots of laughs and once again Jessie has a fast mercury..and once again Ron set s a world driving record only this time instead of gettin me home ..he s getting us to the circle K. Because its like two minutes to midnight and we re almost outta beer...and ronnie made it with a minute and 30 seconds to spare...man that dude could drive!  To Jessie Irene and Carol.my deepest condolences?? I don t think that word is good enough .sorry for your loss .ain't good enough either.. Rest in Peace. ronnie (my cousin from another mother??brother?? Whatever the saying is..) when i was young my dad had me address Jessie as tio jessie well i got alot more memories of Jessie and Irene than i do my blood aunt and uncles and Ron I got way more memories and good times with you than any of my actual cousins ..i m looking frwd to seeing what your driving on the other side..i ll try to bring the beer.
