Bruce and I send our heartfelt condolences to and your family. Bob was a beautiful person, with such a positive attitude and outlook on life. I very much enjoyed working with him in the City Attorney’s Office. He made what could be a stressful environment so much more enjoyable by his presence. I am grateful to have followed in his footsteps as General Counsel of the El Paso Water Utilities. He was so organized and kept copious notes and files which was so helpful to me.  May God bless his soul and provide you with strength and peace in the days ahead.

Sincere condolences to Bob's  family, friends and all those fortunate enough to have had him cross their paths in this life.  There is no reason to extol his many virtues.. we know them all and have been the blessed benefactors.  He has touched our hearts and souls in so many ways .. too numerousl to mention ... but will remain in our hearts forever and bring smiles to our faces and peace to our very being.  Though we mourn, Heaven rejoices and welcomes him  Home. Until we meet again Brother Bob.

Bob was always such a positive, engaging leader in our office. His enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness was always reflected in our approach to handling difficult and complicated matters. It was a pleasure to serve alongside him, and he will continue to be missed by our group long into the future.

I will miss Bob Andron!  He was a friend of mine from church for many years.   Bob had an undeniable testimony of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.   He loved Heavenly Father and his Savior.  He was very personable, good sense of humor, and offered many words of wisdom.  Thank you, Bob, for being a part of my life.

I am grateful for the blessing of having Brother Andron placed in my path during the six years I lived in El Paso and served in the Mesa Ward. He was a diligent and faithful man who loved the Lord - and knew him well. I have no doubt that Bob has had a joy-filled reunion with his Heavenly Father and Savior, Jesus Christ, and is now serving Him in another place and in another capacity. My testimony (and many others) of our Reedemer was strengthened by learning from Bob. My prayers and love to Brother Andron's family at this difficult time and hope that they can remember with happiness a well-lived life.

I met Bob when we were both Assistant City Attorneys, Bob quickly becoming a good friend who often served as my "consoler-in-chief" to keep my head straight when all seemed at a loss. He was a calm, steady man with a beautiful sense of humor, and I routinely relied on that humor, along with his optimism, to cheer me up. I wish there were more guys in the world like Bob.
   My sympathies and condolences to Terry and the entire Andron family. The man will be missed.

Terry and Family. I want you to know that I am heart broken to learn of Bob’s passing. He was such a friendly dedicated attorney for us at El Paso Water Utilities for many years. 
  He was always joking and had a smile on his face all the time even under a lot of stress at times. He did excellent work and I respected  him so much. 
  He loved you so much and I know was a great, responsible family man and husband. 
  He always liked to go to Disney World and I know made several trips.
