Richard is survived by his wife, Suzanne Garza; his son Mickey Garza; his son Robert Garza; his daughter Rhonda Guerra; and his daughter Paula Lindsey; his grandchildren 4, his great grandchildren 3 and his sisters 3.
Richard was preceded in death by his sister 1.

A memorial service will occur Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 9:00 AM, 1460 George Dieter Dr, El Paso, Texas 79936. A graveside will occur Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson Ave, El Paso, TX 79906.
