Ricardo Sanchez, 93, of El Paso, TX passed away peacefully at his home on August 2, 2020. Ricardo was born in El Paso, TX to Angela and Ysidro Sanchez on June 9, 1927 and was married to Delia G. Garza for 72 years. He was a simple and loving husband and father, a hardworking family provider and a strong role model. He worked in construction as a Superintendent for 52 years and was a dedicated friend to many. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Ricardo is preceded in death by his parents Angela and Ysidro Sanchez; siblings Eutiquio, Cruz, Petra, Socorro, Jesus Maria, Angie, Ysidro Jr., Josefina; daughter-in-law Norma García Sanchez; granddaughter Nancy; great grandchildren Joseph and Gabriella.
Ricardo is survived by his wife Delia G. Sanchez; children Maria Idilia Mier, Ricardo Jr. (Sandra), Ruben (Jessi), Ray (Vanessa); siblings Jose Maria and Maria Estrada; grandchildren Ruben Jr. (Crystal), Ricardo (Carrie), David (Michelle), Melissa, Stephanie, Natalie, Andrew; great grandchildren David Jr., Christopher, Sarah, Matthew, Kira, Myra, Aaliyah, Caleb, Christopher and Charlotte.
A private Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
