Ricardo Mendoza 69, was called home by the Lord on May 26, 2016. Loving father, Papa, and friend will be missed dearly by all who knew him. He now joins his son Richie, sister Licha, mother Petra, and father Manuel at the gates of Heaven. He is survived by his children Kathleen Rubio (Joey Rubio), Mariella Mendoza, and Dominic Mendoza. Grandchildren Jorian, Jovani and Karys Rubio and Alandra Barrales. Ricardo was always the life of the party. He loved to laugh, dance, cook, fish, and golf. Comedian at heart and always smiling. He was a selfless man and would do anything for anyone. He is at peace now and will forever live in our hearts. Visitation: 5:00 to 9:00 pm on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass: 1:15 pm on Friday, June 3, 2016 at St. Raphael Catholic Church.
