Refugio D. Sias, 88 passed away peacefully May 23, 2014. She is survived by her four children: Ricardo Sias, Rodolfo Sias, Raymond Sias and Roseanne Gonzales; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Hillcrest Funeral Home, El Paso, TX.
