Rafael “TOTO” Robles, 75, born on November 16, 1941 passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016. Mr. Robles was a lifelong resident of El Paso, Texas. He is survived by his loving wife Ofelia B. Robles, sons Manuel, Roberto and Esteban Robles and six grandchildren. Mr. Robles attended Bowie High School and was a Vietnam War Veteran. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 from 5:00-9:00pm with Vigil Service at 7pm at Hillcrest Funeral Home, 1060 N. Carolina Dr. El Paso, Texas. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 9:45am at San Antonio Church. Interment will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery ETA 11am. Services are under the direction of Hillcrest Funeral Home- East.
