Nancy T. Allen passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but lived in El Paso for 60 years. She is survived by her two daughters Patricia (John) Hizer and Michele Allen, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and off color jokes. Visitation: 5-9pm Wednesday, December 16 at Hillcrest Funeral Home-Carolina. Funeral Services: 9:00am Thursday, December 17 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 1212 Sumac.
