Married to the love of her life, Enrique Reyes, for over 75 years. A lifetime member of St. Pius Catholic Parish, she will always be remembered by family and friends as a woman of great faith, love, and generosity. She was a long-time employee and retired from Learner Shops, also an Office Manager for a Self-Storage Facility. Final retirement at age 82. The family expresses their sincere gratitude to the angels of Hospice El Paso.
Myra is survived by her husband, Enrique Reyes; her daughter Gloria Gurnee (Gregory Gurnee); her daughter Cynthia Phillips (John Phillips); and her son Henry Reyes Jr; her sister Cecilia Borunda and her sister Ida Ronquillo; her grandson Henry Reyes III, her grandson Matthew Phillips, her granddaughter Ashlynn Phillips, her granddaughter Deanna Lewis, her grandson Steven A. Enriquez, her grandson Alfredo Enriquez Jr and her grandson Michael J. Enriquez.
Myra was preceded in death by her mother Elisa Luna; her sister Helen Stephens.
A visitation for Myra will be held Monday, May 23, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM with Vigil Service at 6:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Central, 3839 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at 9:30 AM at St Pius Catholic Church, 1050 Clark Dr., El Paso, TX. 79905. Committal service to follow 11:00 AM at Ft Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 Fred Wilson, El Paso, TX. 79906.
